It's a humble space packed with Romanian imports--spices, mustards, pickles, jams--all beautifully organized and on display. The staff are consistently praised for being attentive, helpful, and deeply passionate about the food they serve. Mititei (skinless sausage) is Romanian-style sausage--savory, mild, juicy, with impeccable texture. I will tell you it's "the best thing I tasted in a long time," and once grilled properly, its caramelized crust really seals in flavor. Imagine walking in and trying a platter of sausages--three parts juicy skinless mititei, one part smoky link--just grilled right, dripping with juice. Pair that with a langos loaded with sour cream and dill, and finish with a kürtőskalács or dobos slice. All while chatting with friendly staff who share the story behind their recipes.
